While we don’t require our franchisees to be licensed audiologists, your state might have laws that prevent non-providers from owning a medical practice. Many states allow non-audiologists to own a practice and our franchise system allows this, as long as the clinical services are performed by a licensed audiologist. Our franchise operation often works well for entrepreneurs or investors passionate about hearing healthcare but without a professional audiology background.

We prefer that franchisees have some business experience but it is not required. One of the benefits of becoming a Coates Hearing Clinic franchise is that we will be by your side not just for clinical operations, but also for business operations. Instead of taking a year off to get an MBA or trying to learn on the fly, we’ll be there with you, all the way, and can help you manage the business (so that it doesn’t manage you!).
